Shipping

Once you have made your purchase you will recieve a personalised questionnaire via email within 1 business day, once returned we aim to have your custom style bundle completed within two weeks. Some sizes have less availability and delays can happen. Once your bundle has been completed it will be shipped via Australia Post and a tracking number will be emailed to you. Once the item is in the hands of Australia Post it is out of our control.

Returns

As all items second hand, whether they be sourced from Op Shops, garage sales, market place or other sustainable spaces who all have their own returns policy we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

We are not responsible for items that do not fit as each item is hand picked based on the measurements and requirements the individual has provided.

If an item is faulty we will work with you to find a resolution.
